一般性计算机技能和人工智能基础知识

一般性计算机技能

要求使用Python作为官方编程语言，因此, NOAI学术活动要求参与者具备最基本的Python编程能力，能够使用Python编写程序解决实际问题（例如简单数据处理、简单算法问题）。

人工智能基础知识

要求参与者对人工智能有一定了解，理解人工智能的基本方法和基本概念。

第二轮 NOAI
中国站

进阶计算机技能和人工智能进阶知识与技能

进阶计算机技能

要求参与者能应用Python语言和已有工具解决真实的人工智能问题。其中Numpy、Pandas和Matplotlib作为数据处理和可视化工具十分常用且重要。NOAI学术活动第二轮要求参与者能掌握上述3个包的基本使用方法，并能在在文档的帮助下在程序中加以应用从而对数据进行处理。

人工智能进阶知识与技能

NOAI第二轮要求参与者掌握sklearn机器学习工具包和Pytorch框架的基本应用，并能在文档的帮助下使用它们解决真实人工智能相关研究问题。问题可能涉及计算机视觉、语音识别、自然语言处理、大语言模型等多个前沿研究领域。

第一轮：NOAI水平测试
第二轮：NOAI中国站

NOAI水平测试(第一轮)

活动时间：2025年03月30日（周日）9:00-11:00
报名截止：2025年01月09日（周四）23:59
活动地点：由全国各城市理事单位(认证评估中心组织)，报名者须在国内线下参与
面向人群：具备一定编程基础的12年级及以下的中学生
测试范围：Python基础编程、基础数据结构，人工智能基本概念和基础算法
测试方式：以个人为单位完成纸笔考(不涉及上机)
题目类型：由单项选择题、Python编程，及人工智能问题解决等题型组成，总分100分，限时120分钟作答
题目语言：简体中文

自然语言处理：掌握文本预处理、词嵌入、文本分类、命名实体识别等自然语言处理技术。
计算机视觉：了解图像处理、特征提取、目标检测、图像分割等计算机视觉的基本概念和方法。

IOAI is the most prestigious annual competition in AI for high-school students. The 1st International AI Olympiad (IOAI) took place in Burgas, Bulgaria, in August 2024, bringing together 41 teams from 32 countries and territories across six continents.
Preparations are underway for the second edition in Beijing, China, from August 2-9, 2025, expected to host teams from over 60 countries and territories worldwide.
